Bojangles’ Restaurants, Inc. recently announced plans to partner with Tortal, an Ingage Consulting company that specializes in online training solutions, to create a point-of-sale training program to support the new POS rollout for its company and franchise restaurants. With the training program Tortal will develop, Bojangles’ aims to take what is a strength of its restaurants, service, and make it even stronger.
